Saucony makes great running shoes. I've worn the Ride 1, 2, & 3 and have been very please with all of them. The feature that helped me choose ProGrid Ride over several other brands is that it's cut lower around my ankle bone than most other shoes. Many other brands are uncomfortable because they rub against my ankle. The associate at my local running shoe specialty store explained that Saucony is probably the lowest cut shoe available. I've never had a "break-in" period for any of the Ride models that I've worn. I'll probably continue going back to the ProGrid Ride for its consistent fit, comfort, durability and high quality.

I was tired of the repeated stinging smack of running 26.2 miles only to be presented a medal that says, "Finisher." It's surprising to me that marathon organizers can't come up with something better, like 'Survivor,' 'Bada$$,' or even a simple 'Runner.' Since the organizers aren't going to change, I have purchased these shoes to ensure my next medal says, "Winner." These promise to be the fastest shoes I have ever owned, and they certainly look the part. Nothing says, "Winner" like hot pink soles and sparkly silver. In fact, the color combo has inspired me to run in the Boca Del Ray Boca marathon where there are sure to be loads of sequins, bedazzled, and silver shoes. These shoes will help me keep pace with the seniors running the race. Heck, I might even make it to the finish in time to beat the 2pm dinner rush.

My Saucony shoes provide me the fantastic arch support I need, as well as great padding in the heel/ball areas! I love these shoes. My young son can fit in them & loves wearing them as inside shoes.

Ordered this stand for use with my Taylor T5 electric guitar. The T5 is fairly wide-bodied but no thicker than a typical Les Paul body. The curved arms that cradle the guitar are far too wide to hold an electric guitar securely and upright. Coincidentally I was also looking for a stand for my acoustic, works great for that. My only other complaint is that the rubber pad that cushions the guitar back is extremely hard and the angle of the guitar means that it rests directly against the hard edge. My acoustic is an Ovation, so with the plastic back that doesn't bother me, but I could imagine someone with a more traditional acoustic being concerned about the repeated impact against that hard edge every time they put their guitar back on the stand.

Otherwise the build quality seems sturdy enough, very stable and it's a nice-enough looking piece, so for Ovations, steel-bodied resonators, etc, I'd say it's very well suited.

I use this stand primarily at home for quick placement between recording takes. Works well on instruments that don't have too big of a body (I'm primarily using solid body basses). It might not work for larger dreadnought acoustics. If you're in a high traffic area with it, it might be a bit dangerous without any neck support, as I imagine you could topple it easy with a stiff bump to the headstock. I'm not concerned as it only me in room, and when I'm done with the instrument for the day, it goes back on the wall. I've used it a few times on smaller gigs, where there are limited people on stage (that I trust not to knock in to it).

Very convenient, small and out of the way for quick and temporary usage though. No issues at all and a great buy for the money.

I ordered this stand for my husband for Christmas. I had some doubts about whether the stand would hold his guitar securely, but it does a wonderful job. It's a big improvement over the two piece stands which fall apart when they are carried from place to place. Try it -- you'll like it!

The puzzles in this collection are lovely and well made. The problem is that they are supposed to be color coded to go with the pictures. They aren't. The color code on the kittens is a mustard color, but the back of the puzzle pieces were red. The canaries were yellow, but when we pulled out the yellow coded pieces, the puzzle was the wolves.

There are 8 puzzles in this box. There are 8 packets of puzzle pieces (with color coded backs) and 8 cards.
But there is no indication how to matchup the puzzle pieces and the cards.
The puzzle pieces have color coded backs but they dont match up with the "color strip" on the cards.
So its hard to figure out which one goes with which. Especially if you want to gift 8 individual puzzles.

I am sure I will figure out which ones matchup.. but just an added hassle...

Overview


This EPDM O-ring is black in color, round in cross-section, has a durometer of 70A, and is designed for use in a wide variety of sealing applications.

EPDM is acceptable for temperature applications between -70 degrees F (-57 degrees C) to 300 degrees F (149 degrees C). It is compatible for use with water and steam, silicone oil and grease, polar solvents (alcohols), acids, glycol-based brake fluids, ozone, and weathering. It is vulnerable to many oils, gasoline, and solvents. This material meets ASTM International standards.

This EPDM O-ring has a shore durometer of 70A. Shore durometer is the hardness of a material, and its resistance to permanent indentation. A higher durometer value indicates greater resistance to indentation on a scale of 0 to 100, with 100 indicating no indentation.

O-rings commonly provide a pressure and fluid seal between cylindrically shaped, overlapping mating surfaces and are commonly seen in engines, faucets, flanges, valves, and various cylinders. They are circular in shape, with a round cross section and a hole in the center, similar to a doughnut. O-rings are available in various sizes, and can be ordered based on required nominal inside diameter (ID), outer diameter (OD), and cross-sectional (CS) diameter.

This EPDM O-ring meets standards defined by Aerospace Standard AS568A, which is the Aerospace Size Standard for O-rings.
