Saucony makes great running shoes. I've worn the Ride 1, 2, & 3 and have been very please with all of them. The feature that helped me choose ProGrid Ride over several other brands is that it's cut lower around my ankle bone than most other shoes. Many other brands are uncomfortable because they rub against my ankle. The associate at my local running shoe specialty store explained that Saucony is probably the lowest cut shoe available. I've never had a "break-in" period for any of the Ride models that I've worn. I'll probably continue going back to the ProGrid Ride for its consistent fit, comfort, durability and high quality.

I was tired of the repeated stinging smack of running 26.2 miles only to be presented a medal that says, "Finisher." It's surprising to me that marathon organizers can't come up with something better, like 'Survivor,' 'Bada$$,' or even a simple 'Runner.' Since the organizers aren't going to change, I have purchased these shoes to ensure my next medal says, "Winner." These promise to be the fastest shoes I have ever owned, and they certainly look the part. Nothing says, "Winner" like hot pink soles and sparkly silver. In fact, the color combo has inspired me to run in the Boca Del Ray Boca marathon where there are sure to be loads of sequins, bedazzled, and silver shoes. These shoes will help me keep pace with the seniors running the race. Heck, I might even make it to the finish in time to beat the 2pm dinner rush.

My Saucony shoes provide me the fantastic arch support I need, as well as great padding in the heel/ball areas! I love these shoes. My young son can fit in them & loves wearing them as inside shoes.
