I purchased this after seeing some good reviews on utube for a amazing price of $43. The iron got here super fast although it had one little chip on the edge it does not interfere with anything, great customer service but didn't want to exchange it. It is so beautiful and it really gets d job done, I do have to use something (I use Fx flat iron sheen defrizzer, works like a charm on my hair)on humid days since my hair get frizzier with rain and humidity. I'm over all very happy with the product and had a good experience, for the price I can't complain at all, this irons retail for $250 in other places. I hope this'll last me 4 a long time. I would definitely recommend.

I am very happy with this product. It came right away with my amazon prime. It's very cute and it works very well. At first I was skeptical that it would be one of those "amazing" products that didn't work well with my black hair. (Like the InStyler...) But it's fantastic. I used to always borrow my mom's hair straightener, but now she is always coming in my room for mine! One thing you have to be careful of though is that you don't have the heat all of the way up.

So this lady tried selling me this product at my local mall. She was trying to sell it to me for 150 dollars as the "BEST deal EVER." And then of course I didn't fall for it because I bought a straightener from a kiosk like that a few years ago. I wish I had amazoned it first because it was so much cheaper! I would for sure buy from this seller again. First of all the price was incredible! It was 30 dollars WITH shipping. And the night I bought it it was sent it out. I got it 3 or 4 days later. Much before the expected time. I was so delighted when I got it. It was exactly as pictured and came with a nice box. I am completely happy with this product and the seller who sold it to me. If I had to get another straightener I would buy it from this seller again.
